Party rental is $700 and you get all day access to the studio (up to 10 hours). Additional hours are $100 each. Extra set up/tear down time is not included so please book accordingly.
Wedding rental is $2,000 and includes all day for a Saturday wedding, set up and tear down time the night before and morning after.
Friday evening - Sunday morning.
To book we require a minimum of 50% down and the remaining payment is due a month before your party.
We have our furniture, tables and chairs set up in our standard arrangement for parties. If you’d like a different set up there will be an additional charge depending on the scope of your event. Custom set up of our furniture etc is included for weddings.

RENTALS INCLUDE
Rentals include use of the studio, bathrooms and shared kitchenette down the hall from the studio. (The kitchenette is a sink, full fridge, microwave and table)
We have six 8 ft x 30 in tables that can seat 6-8 each, 34 bamboo folding chairs, 8 white chairs, 8 small white tables that are great for food or gifts. Also included are our couch, three arm chairs and other assorted stools and end tables.

MAX GUEST COUNT
You can bring in any food or alcohol you like. We have no restrictions on what vendors you can use.

FOOD & ALCOHOL
Our max guest count is 50, we recommend a more cocktail style/mingling set up for this amount of people. You’re welcome to bring in additional furniture/rentals if needed. There is a $50 fee for rental delivery/pick ups that are not on the day of your event.

The studio is available Tuesday-Thursday for hourly photography rental. Rental is $55 per hour. We have a reflector, video light and backdrop stand available for your use. Please let us know if you need these items ahead of time when you book.

Do you provide any decor, linens etc?
We have tables, chairs and furniture for you to use. We do not provide decor. You are welcome to bring in any decor you’d like. We have ceiling hooks available to use for hanging light weight items like twinkle lights or lanterns.

Can we light candles?
Yes, you are welcome to light candles but they must be contained in a votive or hurricane.

Do you have a sound system?
We don't have a sound system but we have a bluetooth speaker that does a nice job of providing sound for the space.

Do we have to clean the space after our party?
You just need to remove anything you brought into the space and take out the trash. We ask that you clean up any major spills but we have a cleaning team that will come in after your event is over to do a thorough clean.
